Identity/contact: name, email, phone (if provided).

Order/service: purchase details, intake answers, deliverables, session data or recordings if agreed.

Payment metadata: transaction references from our payment processor.

Scheduling: appointment date/time and preferences.

Technical/logs: IP address, device, basic logs for security.

3) Purposes and legal bases

Service delivery and support → contract necessity (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Payments, billing, tax compliance → legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Security, fraud prevention, service quality → legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Marketing emails (if any) → consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

4) Processors and recipients

We use providers under GDPR Art. 28 contracts:

Payments: Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.

Scheduling: Calendly, LLC.

Automation: Zapier, Inc.

Website/hosting: Wix.com Ltd.
Disclosures to authorities occur when required by law.

5) International transfers

Some providers are outside the EEA. We use the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or other safeguards for such transfers.

6) Retention

Service records: as needed to provide services and handle queries.

Tax/invoicing records: for periods required by law.

Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn.
At end of retention we delete or anonymize.

7) Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact infohliv@gmail.com

8) Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA) or your local EU authority.

9) Cookies

We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies on this site. If this changes, we will update this Policy and—where required—seek consent before setting non-essential cookies.

10) Records of processing

We maintain records of processing activities appropriate to our scale and risk profile.

11) Changes

We will update this Policy as needed and indicate the new date.

1) Who we are

Services are provided by Haris Livanos (“we”, “us”). Contact: infohliv@gmail.com

2) Services and ordering

We offer: (a) Career Remake Bundle, (b) CV Review, (c) digital products. Pay at checkout. For services, you then receive scheduling links and any intake forms.

3) Prices, taxes, payment

Prices include VAT where applicable. Full payment at checkout.

4) Consumer right of withdrawal (EU/EEA)

You have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts, with these rules:

Services begun within 14 days: if you ask us to start early, you may still withdraw within 14 days; we refund minus the proportionate value of work already performed. After full performance, the withdrawal right ends, provided you gave prior express consent and acknowledgment.

Digital downloads: if you consent to immediate supply, you acknowledge you lose the withdrawal right once supply starts. If you do not consent, access is deferred and the 14-day right remains.

stating you withdraw. You may use the model form in §11. Any refund due is paid within 14 days via the original payment method, where possible.

5) Cancellations, rescheduling, refunds (operational rules)

Before performance begins: 100% refund.

After performance begins but before completion: refund = price minus the proportionate value of work performed.

After full performance: no refund (only if the consent/acknowledgment in §4 was obtained).

Performance begins when we start any work on your file or conduct the first live session, whichever occurs first. You may reschedule via the scheduling link, subject to availability.

6) Receipts and invoices

B2C retail receipt: issued upon completion of the service and sent electronically.

B2B invoice: issued no later than the 15th day of the following month after completion (or per applicable rules for continuous supplies).
Electronic delivery applies; request re-delivery if needed.

7) Use of content

Content and digital products are licensed for the purchaser’s personal use. No resale or redistribution without permission.

8) Liability

We perform with reasonable skill and care. To the extent allowed by law, we exclude indirect or consequential losses. Statutory consumer rights are not limited.

9) Governing law and jurisdiction

Greek law governs. Consumers retain the mandatory protections of their country of residence. Jurisdiction is determined by EU consumer-forum rules.
