From the outside, it may not look like there’s a problem.
You have experience. You’ve built skills. You’ve built a career.
But at some point, you start asking yourself:
“Do I really want to keep doing this?”
And that’s when all the options appear at once.
Change companies?
Change roles?
Move into a different industry?
Use your experience in a different way?
Start something of your own?
The problem isn’t that you don’t have options.
It’s that you don’t know which one is worth focusing on.
You have potential, but:
Potential means nothing without action. Action means nothing without direction.
The biggest risk isn’t making a change. It’s spending years on a path you already know isn’t right for you.
The longer you stay, the more you build around a choice that ultimately isn’t the one you want.
More experience. More responsibilities. More “security” that becomes harder to leave behind.
That doesn’t mean you should quit tomorrow or make an impulsive decision.
It means you need to start seriously exploring what else you can do with everything you’ve already built.
See what your real options are.
Understand which ones fit the life you want.
And most importantly, find a way to test them before making the big decision.
You don’t need to know what you’ll be doing for the next 20 years. You need to know what the next thing worth testing is.
I know this well because I’ve been there.
On the outside: Restaurant Manager.
On the inside: Someone with years of experience who still couldn’t see where he fit.
Then COVID hit. Hospitality collapsed, and I lost my job.
So I did what most people do: I changed industries, earned another degree, rebuilt my CV from scratch, and followed the familiar path.
Once again, nothing really changed.
I had the education. I had the professional experience. I had already proved that I could learn, grow, and take on responsibility.
The problem wasn’t that I had nothing to offer.
It was that I didn’t know how all of it could connect into a clear next direction.
So I started testing.
I moved into HR, then continued into Organizational Psychology.
I started teaching, writing online, building my first service, and eventually my own business.
None of those moves appeared in front of me as the “perfect answer.”
The direction emerged because I started treating my options as things I could explore, test, and evaluate.
That’s exactly what I want us to do in UNSTUCK.
You don’t need to already have the answer. You need to figure out which option is worth testing.
Over four weeks, we’ll take everything you’ve already built your experience, skills, needs, and constraints and turn it into specific career options.
We’ll explore them, compare them, and identify the direction that makes the most sense to test right now.
By the end, you won’t leave with just more self-awareness.
You’ll leave with a clear direction and a 30-day action plan to test whether it can work in real life.
That’s UNSTUCK.
A few words from the #Unstucked
Giorgos —
“What drew me to Haris was the way he talked about careers without vague generalities. He listens and helps you make sense of the chaos so you can figure out your next move.”
Maria —
“He doesn’t tell you what you want to hear. He helps you see what you need to see. That difference changed everything for me.”
Andreas —
“From our very first session, I felt that he understood me. We rebuilt my professional identity from the ground up, and I learned how to present it with confidence.”
Thanos —
“I had been trying to change industries for years. Haris gave me a clear plan instead of just nice words. Two months later, I landed the job I had been pursuing for a long time.”
Katerina —
“I felt stuck after years in the same role. Haris helped me see my achievements more clearly. We built an action plan, and I eventually managed to start my own business.”
Manolis —
“I came to Haris with a plan, looking for guidance on my next steps. He reminded me of my value and showed me how much I was underestimating my abilities. In the end, we set the bar higher, and with his guidance, I achieved what I was aiming for.”
This is how I will help you
The UNSTUCK programme
4 sessions. 1 month. A process designed to move you from uncertainty to a career direction you can test in the real world.
We won’t search for the “perfect career,” and I won’t try to tell you what you should do.
We’ll take everything you’ve already built, examine the real options in front of you, and narrow them down to one direction worth testing through concrete next steps.
01
Session 1
Where you are right now
We map out where you actually are today.
What is keeping you on your current path, what no longer fits, what you want to change, and which needs you can no longer ignore.
Before deciding where you’re going, we need to understand where you’re really starting from.
02
Session 2
What you already have to work with
We identify the professional capital you’ve already built:
your experience, skills, knowledge, strengths, results, interests, and the things people already trust you to do.
We don’t start with “what could you become?”
We start with the value you’ve already created.
03
Session 3
Which options are worth exploring
We turn what we’ve uncovered into specific career directions.
That might mean a different role, a new industry, consulting, freelance work, your own service, or a combination of options.
We don’t stop at ideas.
We compare them based on:
-
how well they fit you,
-
what they require,
-
the level of risk involved,
-
the real opportunities in the market,
-
and the kind of life you want to build.
The goal isn’t to find more options. It’s to identify which ones are actually worth your time.
04
Session 4
Unstuck
This is where we bring everything together.
We choose the direction that makes the most sense to test and turn it into a concrete 30-day plan.
The plan might include market research, conversations with people in the industry, applications, networking, testing a service, or any other action that can give you real-world data.
You don’t leave with a theoretical answer.
You leave with a way to find out whether your choice actually works in practice.
For you if:
Not for you if:
You already have professional experience, and you know you don’t want to spend years continuing in the same direction.
You have more than one possible option, but you’re struggling to understand which one is actually worth pursuing.
You want to build on what you’ve already created without throwing away your career and starting from zero.
You’re open to exploring different scenarios: a new role, a different industry, consulting, freelance work, or something of your own.
You don’t just want to talk about what you could do. You want to go into the market, test your options, and gather real-world data.
You’re ready to take the actions we agree on between sessions.
You’re looking for someone to tell you exactly what job you should do.
You already know exactly what you want and only need help with your CV, LinkedIn profile, or interview preparation.
You want to build a complete business from scratch.
UNSTUCK can help you explore entrepreneurship as a possible direction, but it is not designed to build the entire business with you.
You expect to find the “perfect career” in four weeks one that will make you happy forever.
You’re not willing to test your options in the real market.
Two choices.
Keep going in the same direction,
or start testing the next one.
4 sessions. 4 weeks. One clear direction and a 30-day plan to test it.
For those who have already built something, but aren’t sure what their next move should be.
